Best wishes are extended to CNSW’s team to compete in the Interstate Shield in Launceston from 23rd to 27th September, 2015.
Congratulations are extended to each member on their selection.
The team, captained by Pam Gentle, and very ably assisted by vice captain Peter Freer, is composed of Peter Landrebe, Rosie Landrebe, Brenda Wild, Peter Smith, Peter Montague, Liz Montague, Margaret Sawers and Steve Harden.
Five days of solid competition await the team members. Each day starts with a match of doubles and ends with two singles matches. As two games are played in each match there is pressure in each one.
The team sets out with high hopes but certainly does not take lightly the opposition to be presented by the other states.
