NSW AC Selectors’ 8s events will be held on the 3 - 4 September.

The Second 8 will be competing at Killara: John Bartrop, Michael Strikland, Bill Blowes, Barbara McDonald, Ted Griffin, Peter Richardson, David Stanton, Hilary White.

The First 8 will be competing at Tempe: Alan Honey, Tim Murphy, Ken Edwards, Mike Hughes, Tony Hall, Gareth Denyer, Robert Elliott, Bob Green.

The winner of the First 8 will then progress to the NSW Bronze Medal to be held at Tempe on the 15 - 16 October: Jim Nicholls, Alison Sharpe, Claire Bassett, Stephen Richards, Nick Chapman, Alan Walsh, Stephen Pearce, Winner of First 8.

The winner of the Bronze Medal will then represent NSW at the Australian Gold Medal in Tasmania in March 2017.

The 2016 CNSW Annual General Meeting is to be held at Tempe on 27th August commencing 11:00am and during the AGM there will be an election for three elected director positions as the constitution requires the retirement of three of the first directors. A notice has been issued explaining this. Any financial member of CNSW who is interested in becoming a director should complete the expression of interest to be a director form together with a nomination form. There will also be elections for CNSW Officer positions so existing officers who intend seeking re-election and anybody who is interested in being elected to a CNSW Officer position should complete a nomination form.

Expressions of Interest - CNSW AC Selector's 8s
The CNSW AC Selection Committee is now calling for Expressions of Interest from all Association players to register their interest in attending the 2016 Selector's 8s. This year two eights are being selected with the first 8 to be held at Tempe with the winner having the final place in the Bronze Medal and the second 8 being held at Killara. Both 8s are being conducted at the same time 3-4 September. Those players wishing to be considered for either or both events may register their interest or by phone 042 762 9953. Please ensure you state what event you are interested in, if only one, or both if you would like to be considered for both events. Expressions close Friday 22nd July.

The CNSW AC Selection Committee is now calling for Expressions of Interest from all female Association players with handicaps of 8 or less to register their interest in attending the 2016 Eva Short Memorial Women's Trophy to be conducted on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd May. The Tournament Committee is yet to confirm a venue for this event, but Tempe is in use for another event. Those players wishing to be considered for this event may register their interest or by phone 042 762 9953. Expressions close Wednesday 4th May.
