The CPA mission is to build futures for people with cerebral palsy. They provide services to over 150 families with cerebral palsy in the ACT and surrounding regions every year, and their programs are based on early intervention, therapy, education, community participation and family support. The CNSW Executive has responded to suggestions that they act in a more timely fashion when responding to Club and player communications. To help achieve this, Alison Sharpe will take on the role of Communications Ambassador. Whilst all normal channels of communication should be followed, Alison can be contacted to follow-up on an issue if there have been delays, to provide an informal progress report or act as an informal troubleshooter if the situation is called for. The Executive will shortly be promoting information about formal avenues for issues or complaints so that Clubs and individuals are aware of their rights and responsibilities under the Member Protection Policy, and our Constitution.
